Refund policy
Sales are not open yet. Joining the Nutrae reserve list is free â no payment is taken at reservation, and no charge is ever made before you place an explicit order at checkout.
When ordering opens â 30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to change your mind. Contact us at info@shopnutrae.com within those 30 days to start a return.
Sealed consumables â the one exception
Food supplements are sealed for hygiene and safety. To be eligible for a return, every jar must be unopened, with the seal and label intact, in its original packaging. Opened or used jars cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the outcome. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us at info@shopnutrae.com.
Damaged or wrong items
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopnutrae.com with photos and we will replace or refund it.
