Shipping policy

Sales are not open yet, so no shipments are being made.

When ordering opens, we ship within the United Arab Emirates first, with international shipping to follow. Shipping destinations, costs and delivery times will be published on this page before any payment is taken, and confirmed at checkout.

Planned shipping rule (owner ruling 2026-09-01): delivery is free to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and the European Union; all other served destinations are charged at cost. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are always the customer's responsibility.
