1. Pre-launch

Nutrae products are currently offered for reservation only. Joining the reserve list is free, creates no obligation to buy, and no payment is taken at reservation.

2. Products

Nutrae products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by MOHAP.

3. Accuracy

We work to keep product information accurate. Launch pricing (in AED), availability and shipping destinations are confirmed at checkout.

4. Orders

When ordering opens, placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example on a pricing error or stock limit — and any amount charged is refunded in that case.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to 1313 GEROPROTECT L.L.C-FZ and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
